Project agreements

A project begins only after the scope, deliverables, timeline, communication method, revisions, and payment terms are confirmed in writing. Project-specific written terms take priority over this general page if they differ.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements, content, access, and feedback within the agreed schedule.
• Confirm that supplied text, images, brands, accounts, and other materials may legally be used.
• Review deliverables and communicate requested changes within the agreed revision process.

Third-party platforms

Projects may depend on services such as hosting providers, advertising platforms, social networks, analytics tools, plugins, or APIs. Their availability, policies, account decisions, and platform changes are outside M Digital Agency’s control.

SEO, advertising, and growth results

M Digital Agency applies professional methods and reports available evidence honestly, but no specific search ranking, advertising return, sales result, audience growth, or platform approval can be guaranteed because results depend on competition, budget, content, market conditions, platform systems, and client decisions.

Portfolio evidence

Published portfolio screenshots and metrics are presented as project examples. Private-client labels are used when identifying information is unavailable or should not be published. Results shown for one project do not promise the same result for another.

Ownership and permitted use

Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables are defined in the project agreement. M Digital Agency retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable methods, and third-party components, while third-party assets remain subject to their original licences.
